The track that was included on our initial release back in 2010 by Denny Trajkov “Millennium Park” gets remixed by Stojche and Kerkez aka Goran Kan two of Macedonian most successful producers along with the UK deep house producer and owner of 3 AM records Al Bradley and Mangler aka Art Patrice the Croatian excellent producer, and our inhouse producer Me.N.U., a package of truly inspirational remixes…
As Terry Matthew wrote in Chicago’s 5 magazine: “Millenium Park” (Weekend in Chicago Mix) is a dizzy little headtrip with a crashing break. As the title suggests, you can hear a bit of an homage to Relief in here’.
This track received a great support at the time when it was released but because it was our first release it didnt get a proper time under the sun, so we asked our friends and great producers, to listen to it and do an interpretation by the inspiration, so we received five remixes each and everyone of them original in its own way.
Stojche, one of the most successful Macedonian producers and djs, owner of Tangible Assets records label that releases strictly vinyl editions, and with countless releases under his belt for great labels vinyl and digital, did a rerub and used the sounds from the original to make his trademark melodic tech house sound, with a great groove and atmospheric feel to it.
Kerkez aka Goran Kan another one of the Macedonian elite producers and djs, with a numerous vinyl and digital releases for many different world class labels, recreated the whole idea and did a great job while incorporating mellow melody, with beautiful cords and sounds, mixed with a solid groove.
Next is Al Bradley, who doesnt need an introduction, as label manager and A&R at 3am Recordings, Al Bradley has been involved with house music (either on the dancefloor or behind the decks) for the last 20 years, and he came up with a great remake of the track, he took a note of the bassline and made a new bass, and as always he mixed new and original sounds to put his deep trademark to the version.
Next is Mangler aka Art Patrice, Croatian producer and dj with a great background in releasing deep house for numerous labels across the globe, he came up with a more jackin and 90’s sounding version, with a powerful and deep bassline, sounding so modern but still reminding us on some great productions from the end of the last century.
Last but not least is Me.N.U. stationed in Amsterdam, our inhouse dj and producer, with his remarkable sense for sampling and looping puts a great vibe to a rolling rhythm for a dance floor bomb.
