After few months of technical difficulties and a long long summer vacation our team is back at the office and we are continuing where we stopped.
Its been three years since his first track for our label but Soul Equation aka Paul Gregory is back with his EP ‘ After Dark ‘ the newest addition to Artefact’s catalog.
The release consists of three tracks with the first one Morning Calling, a slow beat gem, with a sublime bassline, beautiful melody and soundscapes on top of a sexy beat. Pure deepness.
The second one After Dark melodic deepness at its best, with some funky old school synths and melody that will take you back in time was already featured on our spring sampler earlier this year and received great feedback.
To round up this excellent release is Back To Mine, deep house track reminiscent of the sounds and the vibe of the tracks 10-15 years ago, melodic chords, subtle use of a vocal samples reinforced with a great beat and driving bassline, old school with a touch of the modern.
All in all Soul Equation gives us a great package as an excellent start of the new season at Artefact.
